How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your unique tracking number
A direct link to the carrier's tracking portal
Real-time updates on your package's status
The carrier's name and contact information
Simply click the tracking link in your email, or copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's website to see exactly where your package is.
Check Your Order Status Online
You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your Sweet Zenith account:
Visit sweetzenith.com and click on "My Account"
Sign in using your email and password
Go to "Order History" to view the latest status of your purchase
Click on the specific order to see detailed tracking information
Track Without an Account
Placed your order as a guest? No problem! You can still track your order:
Go to sweetzenith.com
Click on "Track Your Order" in the footer or menu
Enter your order number and email address
Click "Track" to see your order status
What Do the Tracking Updates Mean?

Order Processed Your pajamas are packed and ready to go
Shipped Your package is on its way! Tracking information is now available
In Transit Your package is moving through the carrier's network
Out for Delivery Your package is with the carrier and will be delivered today
Delivered Your package has arrived at its destination — sweet dreams await!
Delivery Attempted The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't — check for a notice
Customs Hold (International) Your package is being processed by customs
Where Is My Package?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If your tracking information hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — carriers often update scans only when the package reaches a new sorting facility.
Common Tracking Scenarios:
No tracking updates for 2-3 days?
This is normal, especially for international shipments or during peak seasons. Your package is still moving — carriers don't always scan at every stop.
Package marked "Delivered" but not received?
Check with family members or neighbors
Look around your property (porch, mailbox, front door)
Check your building's leasing office or mailroom
Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
Tracking shows "In Transit" past the estimated date?
Weather, holidays, or carrier delays can happen. If it's been more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll help investigate.
International tracking showing limited updates?
Once your package leaves the US, your local carrier may provide limited tracking. This is normal for some international shipments.

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Tracking
For our customers outside the United States:
๐ Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping
๐ Once your package leaves the US, your local carrier may provide additional tracking updates on their website
๐ Customs processing can take anywhere from 1–10 days depending on your country — this is normal and beyond our control
๐ Final delivery will be handled by your local postal service or carrier
Tips for a Smooth Delivery
โ Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't change it once shipped
โ Consider shipping to a secure location (work address, trusted neighbor) if you won't be home
โ For apartment buildings, include your unit number
โ Sign up for delivery alerts from the carrier when available

Order Issues
Wrong Address Provided?
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at sweetzenith@outlook.com. We can only change addresses before your order ships.
Missing Items?
Check your shipping confirmation email — sometimes orders are split into multiple shipments. If all items should have arrived and something is missing, contact us within 7 days.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damage before opening
Document any damage to the items inside
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
Order Never Arrived?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Q: When will I get my tracking number?
A: You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships — usually within 1–3 business days.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is something wrong?
A: Not necessarily. Carriers don't always scan at every stop. If it's been more than 5 business days with no update, contact us.
Q: Can you change my shipping address after my order has shipped?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot redirect packages once they're with the carrier.
Q: Why is my international package stuck in customs?
A: Customs processing times vary by country and can take several days. Sweet Zenith cannot influence customs delays.
Q: My tracking says "Delivery Attempted" but I was home. What now?
A: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Sometimes carriers mark this by mistake or may have left a notice.
